Does anybody know what, if any penalties exist for this? Also, how does one go about reporting violations?

Enom is straight out refusing to supply me with my EPP Keys which keeps me from transferring my domains to a better company.

I've jumped through all of their hoops, called them, emailed them, submitted multiple support tickets, and manually requested 100+ EPP Keys.

They close out my trouble tickets with half ass answers like the following:

I would like a list of my registered domains along with their corresponding EPP Keys. I've gone through 100+ domains and requested this manually and it did not work. Not one single email has been sent to me from your system.

Although I can only list one domain below, I am requesting this info for every domain I have with you.

Unfortunately, we do not provide lists of that nature any longer. Due to ICANN seccurity restrictions we cannot produce lists like this

Why would you close my ticket without offering any sort of solution?

At this point Enom is WAY out of icann compliance by repeatedly denying me my EPP Keys. I've requested my keys multiple times and Enom has failed to supply me with even one single key. How can you justify this? I requested 100+ keys and your system told me "email sent" but in fact nothing was sent.

So......If you can not give me the list and your system doesn't work.....How in the hell do you suggest I get them? Your phone support refused to give them to me even after they verified my identity.
