Hard to tell how big the city is from that pic but judging by the number of apartment towers and also zooming on the temple in the park, I recognize that as the Sapporo-Ichiban Temple in Farka di Fiye No Prefecture which is located 13 miles west of Kobe Japan
or not ...well I'm going for Asia somewhere anyhow
