You'll loose ~2kg(~4.4lbs)/week if you eat less than 20 grams of carbohydrates/day.

It have to be the easiest diet ever. I eat a lot chicken with fat cheese and sallad and still loose weight. Fuckin' Amazing.

You don't have to care about calories.
