pakistan is a fucking mess

I just spent more than a week in Pakistan doing what I can to help.

The news and various other media doesn't even come close to how bad it is. I ended up working at a hospital because I had first aid training. After 24hrs I was given the crash course in how to do amputations and by the third day I was mess... I cried my eyes out for 4 hours.

I'm at a complete loss for words. I have no way to describe anything that I seen or exprienced. Perhaps in a few days to come I might be able to do so.

I don't care what anyone wants to say. These are human being suffering the worst natural disaster recorded. It's not about goverments, religions or even just the children. (But seeing them hurts the worst.)

In the end, it is about 1 humanbeing needing help from another humanbeing.

If as a race there is any spark of divinity in us.
If as a species there is any redeeming quality to us.

They need Helicopters... So many could have been saved if they just had the damn helicopters.

no bullshit i believe i actually argued with metroporntour before she left...definitely props as you are one of the few that cares. but you cannot blame the rest of the world for not being concerned, as it retains more from ignorance than bad intentions. however, you have my respect from this day on, and you can be sure that aside from the various GFY personas that will comment negatively, everybody who is somebody in this industry will also have respect for you.

The adults, maybe some of them.... The 1000's of young kids that have been crushed as they sat at there desks - probably not so much.

Im also pretty sure that some of the people in the remote areas have barely heard of the US.
