It gives me some negative associations though like the trying very hard to change one's perspective which then usually comes down to applying to one's deeper, blindly order-following and compliant, unconscious by screaming very hard and repeating orders etc. At least that's what it looks like when you see that Dutch guy work it.

I think in a philosophic way I can develop a total inner peace, openness to everything and a happy state, I don't feel attracted to methods like NLP.
