Accordingly, your use of the domain name constitutes trademark infringement and cybersquatting. We must ask that you immediately cease use of the domain name and transfer it to Google.

old news anyone remember googlegear.com ? they lost their domain and renamed themselves as zipzoomfly.com and the site was run buy a major computer wholesaler that could afford attorney's to fight it out.
They at least got google to forword the domain to them type in googlegear.com and see what happens
