Hello,
If you have already contacted Client Support and have been informed that the check has indeed been sent from CCBill, there's a good possibility of a delay in the postal service. Once the check has passed the 10 business day mark, we can begin the stop payment process upon request.
The new postage increase should not be a factor in any checks sent from CCBill at this time as the new rate does not go into effect until this coming Monday.
