We use both flv and wmv. A lot of people are using shit flv encoders and making poor quality Flvs. If you are making Flvs, use a real encoder and don't use ffmpeg. Also, until downloading flv's and standalone flv players become more popular, I wouldn't make the transition to an all flv tour.
