Ok, seems like this thread is being taken in an odd direction.

I agree that some cops are nice guys and girls, I know of a few myself. But I have a problem with police "busting" people for drugs just to turn around and use them themselves. It is the same for speeding and other offences police enjoy giving tickets or arresting people for. My opinion is that if you choose to be a police officer then you should yourself follow the rules that you enforce. I don't disagree that police have a hard job and that they need to unwind now and then, but to smoke the same weed that you just took from someone...that's not right. If police officers think that marijuana is not a bad drug then perhaps they should be helping to get it legalized. The bottom line and the point of this post to me is to illustrate that some/many police officers abuse the power that they so recklessly wield.

By the way…I used the word retarded not in its literal sense, but rather like you would have used it in grade 6 (like saying something is “gay” but not meaning homosexual)
