I have a recent clip of a cop uncuffing a guy, handing him back his bag of weed and taking some for himself. In Alberta i think.

After the cop found his stash he took the "suspect" lol out of the back of his cruiser, uncuffed him and handed his dope back to him that had been sitting on the hood of the car. The cop had placed it there after ransacking the car.
The odd thing was after handing the dude his baggie, they made hand contact
again, the copper puts what he had in his right hand into his left hand, and then the cop proceeds to stuff something into his left side pocket.
