This makes zero sense
So yeah, I have a Ralph's Club Card, because it comes down to the fact that I save 30-50% on my grocery shopping by using it. Even alcohol is cheaper, so why not.
Every once in a while they mail these "customer appreciation" coupons, "selected especially for you."
I figure that they know exactly what I buy, so these specially selected coupons should probably have something I have purchased within the last 10 years or so, right?
Not one damn thing. I mean, it should not be tough to notice that I have never purchased a canned vegetable, much less a Coca Cola product.
I can't help but think that this modern technology could be used to actually generate additional sales rather than try to make the customer think they must have gotten someone else's mail.
