A few years ago, I went to Mexico with my family and my brother is married to a native Mexican and we got invited over for their traditional Mexican Christmas meal. Mole was their traditional meal is like a chocolate sauce that you put on meat. Now I have no idea what kind of meat it was, probably dog for all I know, but it was the worst tasting thing I ever had in my life. Some poeple might say mole in the states is good, but if you have actual traditional Mexican mole, you will change what you say about it.
