We drove past some Ethiopian places last time I was in Portland/Seattle. Didn't stop in. We don't get that kinda stuff in the Midwest.

It's not nasty, but I'm just not a big fan of Indian food.

But then, there is not one single food I can think of that I don't like unless it's something totally bizarro. I'm not nuts about that chick embryo, for instance. But I would try it and I would probably like it.

mole chicken (actual Mexican style). A few years ago, I went to Mexico with my family and my brother is married to a native Mexican and we got invited over for their traditional Mexican Christmas meal. Mole was their traditional meal is like a chocolate sauce that you put on meat. Now I have no idea what kind of meat it was, probably dog for all I know, but it was the worst tasting thing I ever had in my life. Some poeple might say mole in the states is good, but if you have actual traditional Mexican mole, you will change what you say about it.

Tripe, uggggggh! I also agree that some traditional Asian dishes (but more specifically Chinese, and I dont mean Hong Kong style) are pretty gross to look at, but they're actually pretty good to taste. Did I mention I had the worst food poisoning of my life while in China?
