Can you verify that it is truly for sale? and that you are the correct contact? Perhaps placing "for sale" info on revistas.com/gfy.html for proof.

I've seen the domain on SEDO & AFTERNIC before. Perhaps you can try selling it directly to Chena.com - perfect suitor and perhaps you'll get top dollar... he's the one that bought all the spanish/latin domains: fotos.com, juegos.com, etc.

I have a good contact at one of the brokerages that would love to flip that domain for you but don't want to waste their time if the sale is not legit.
