I think most of the programs with reward points will give you whatever you want. Points have an associated cash value. Unfortunately none of my main sponsors offer rewards. :-(

We give cash bonuses $100 for 10 sales $1000 for 100 sales

Cash is always good

We also have $30 PPS and 60% rev-share
