Tips for Getting Gallery Submissions

Sorry I forgot to ask this:

Are gallery submitters generally cautious about submitting to new tgps? You'd think they'd want their galleries to be just about the only ones on the page...right? Or am I way off?

meh, if my program can autosubmit to you, then I have no probs

try posting your TGP to chameleon submitter, etc..

When I go to submit my site to ChameleonSubmitter it says my site must generate traffic. It doesn't say how much. So should I buy traffic at the risk of visitors coming and me not having any galleries for them or should I wait and take a chance of getting deleted from the ChameleonSubmitter tgp database?

Also, if you own some content, you can "salt" your page with a few submissions of your own until traffic picks up. It helps keep the TGP fresh, it shows that someone is interested in submitting (even if it is yourself), and surfers see something new everytime they visit.

Hopefully, in a couple of weeks, other TGP submitters will be sufficent to allow you to back off your own content.

Thanks for the good idea, Redrob. The only problem is I really don't have any traffic right now. I was going to wait until the main page is filled and then buy a lot of traffic from Choker. I haven't promoted my site to surfers at all yet. The only people who know of it are GFY, AWI, and AWW.

So, see how I'm kinda stuck in an odd place?

I will do as you suggested every now and then once I get a few other submitters. I don't want to have a TGP full of FHG's, cuz surfers get tired of that + plus I couldn't register with Chameleon Submitter if I did so.

btw, I tried to submit to your page, but it refused it because I don't have a 'link' to my 2257 content..
I've seen only ONE other TGP that uses that feature, and I don't submit there either

Too many TGP's have stupid rules about the number of 'links' on the page - so I include a NON-linked line

So I should disable the 2257 thing? I just wanted to be safe with that...

I thought most tgp's would use that for legal reasons...

kaori: I just checked and it said your gallery was accepted. So I don't know what that was all about. ???

Anyway I disabled the 2257 option and will submit my tgp to Chameleon tomorrow. I gotta get in bed. (I gotta get up bright n early for work!) yippee.
