Sweet -
I’m eating more now than I was before. The difference is that I’m eating real food. Over a pound of raw vegetables, and a pound of fruit everyday. Mushrooms, nuts, things.. Chicken for diner almost every night. Very little red meat. I’m drinking close to a gallon of water and a few glasses of fruit juice.
The reason I’m loosing weight is all the shitty food I eat before. I’m trying to slow down because of the loose skin problem I might get.
I’d take a pic every day but I’m shy.
