We have over 50,000 banners in our online portfolio. Most are adult but we have done tons and tons of non adult banners and ads also..

Thanks to everyone who contacted me and posted in this thread. Ill get back to all qualified desigers by the end of the week w/more info.

This is an ongoing freelance gig for the right designer for established mainstream brands so if you felt were qualified but didn't contact me because you thought we were going to be doing penis pill ads please re-think and give me a shout.

I need people who can create clean very professional designs (not just a bunch of blinky blink). I am seeking that unique individual who understands *deeply* how certain design techniques affects CTR and conversion ratios. I not looking for someone who can make a hundred so-so banners for $15 a pop.
