what do you mean? do you want to build a pornstar MGP or are you talking about traffic coming from those sites? The first question, dunno. The second, pornstars MGP traffic sucks big balls. They skim so hard when surfers find a 30 seconds clip they simply download it, they see it sucks anyway and back to kazaa or emule. I know about only 1 (one) reliable pornstar traffic source.
