errrr, you just stated you made an agreement. You also said earlier in your response you took the free content, but in the end of your post you claim you never took anything that didn't belong to you?. So essencially you broke your agreement and took the free content *which did not belong to you*, which was probably to be used for paying customers.
There is no way for any of us to know if you did or did not download the content you agreed to purchase.
I am not jumping down your back, but there is always 3 sides to every story. I truly doubt Lykos would have started this thread if something was not right.
