Two quick suggestions:
1) the 15 sec. clip took too long to load. I'm clocking just shy of 5Mbps download speeds via broadband right now and despite that this little clip took a small eternity to load.
2) video needs deinterlacing, right now you see the little ripples during movement which is likely caused because your clip is still interlaced.

Just my 2 cents

For #1. The "super high bw" clip is a little over 6megs. Even if its only 15 sec, its still large. Concidering its 6M in weight, do you still find it long to dl?

For #2. Your seeing this with the 480x288 only, right?
