one other comment about this - I think who you consider to be a rock god also all depends on when you grew up - I respect Elton John, Plant, Morrison, Hendrix and all those guys, but a lot of people who came up in the 90s or even today consider Trent Reznor a god and think Roger Daltrey or Elton John are nothing but boring old farts
so it all depends on your perspetive
