A coworker of mine has been doing the workout from LL Cool J's Platinum Workout. It has you doing 15 rep circuits. You do 15 chest reps, then do 15 bicep, etc. with minimal wait time in-between. He said it got his heart rate going pretty well. It emphasizes cutting weight and getting toned rather than overall strength training. You pick a weight that you can barely do 15 times.
