Update on Jace's suggestion. I found a plugin called DraftControl to let me review large numbers of drafts more easily, but it only shows titles in a list, so not ideal for mass review-and-selection.
Brujah, I've been playing with Refeed for months, but I can't seem to get it working quite right for my purposes. Specifically, no matter what I do it only publishes an excerpt, a rather short one, from my feeds. I've had no luck at all getting it to republish the complete text of specific items. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong.
But yes, Refeed is the closest thing I've found. I was hoping there'd be something better out there I had failed to google.
