Long term... your nose may become fucked up if you're a really hardcore coke head because cocaine limits the supply of oxygen to the mucous membrane cells; thus, causing the cells to die. But if I had to "Label" cocaine when compared to other drugs, I'd say it is a "soft" drug.

Yeah but mixing coke and booze plays hell on your heart/head. An ER physician once told me that 'cocaethylene' is a compound which is formed when combining the two substances. Landed me in the ER many a times for chest pain until I came to my senses and stopped that shit.
