In one of my posts I said "or the rare retard who ODs", because you can OD just from cocaine. I was just saying that cocaine's side effects are relatively minor when compared to other drugs'.
Basically, all it really does is short term cause paranoia and rapid heart beat, depression, or death if you OD, but ODing is nearly impossible if you're experienced, and is rare overall nationwide when compared to other drug overdoses.
Long term... your nose may become fucked up if you're a really hardcore coke head because cocaine limits the supply of oxygen to the mucous membrane cells; thus, causing the cells to die. But if I had to "Label" cocaine when compared to other drugs, I'd say it is a "soft" drug.
