        I think we will see alot more of these charges as small communities become aware of what is happening in their city on the net.

        Many counties have there own special laws governing obcenity, and their views on obcenity are much different than federally.

                That doesn't sound like obscenity to me. The fact they are hidden camera photos is not an obscenity crime, obscenity pertains to the actual content of the photos themselves. Walters is correct, this sounds like selective enforcement.
