I remember seeing that last concert back when it originally aired, and it was damn sad. Throughout the show you could hear someone off-camera whispering cues to him for lyrics and song titles (very audible just before he launches in to Frank Sinatra's "My Way" - someone cues him with the name of the song).

How he ever managed to even finish that concert is testimony to what a great performer he really once was. I'm glad the networks don't air it in its entirety these days.
