http://www.VideoSlacker.com ), I can tell you an easy way to exploit us! Upload your clips and advertise with us. We typically have a helluva lot of bandwidth to display clips. Advertise with us and there wouldn't be a reason to upload your full files since we'd be losing money, too, right? We'd also be more inclined to take those clips off that are full vidz b/c there again, that would be taking money out of our pockets.
