With the prices of register new domain names decreasing everyone in my opinion should be jumping on the bandwagon and start buying up even average domain names. Picking up even an average domain name today can be a great investment in the future when all short, marketable domains are already taken (which will happen). Three word domain names are even starting to become worth something nowadays, and they will be worth alot more in the future.
Think about it....it costs on average $6.00 a year to register the domain name and virtual hosting with unlimited domains can be bought for as little as $10.00 a month. If you can't make a return and some extra profit after those expense costs then you shouldn't be in this business. You should be able to make enough to at least cover the costs of owning the domain name!
People will probably bad mouth me in this thread but I'm buying up domain names like crazy right now. Even the average domain names.
