You better contact me stating your sending me at least a QUARTER (25%) of what is owed by the end of the week.

I will also expect another 25% 1-2 weeks after that, and the remaining 50% 1-2 weeks after that; giving you 4-5 weeks.

I know you have money, are bringing in new fresh money, from new clients. You agreed / said you'd return the money due to not having met obligations [and that you felt bad, blah blah blah], on top of breaching the contract, and not meeting the requirements of the contract [perhaps 3-5% of it; that's not meeting requirements].

And don't breach the contract further causing damages, or it won't be small claims court anymore.

You have the nerve to basically show me your making new clients [which I have known and been gathering information on all along], and then doing link trades from my sites with your new clients' sites, and you're not refunding my money.

Failure to contact me is stupidity on your part.

This isn't regarding him teaching me. He was to do work, the work was not done along the lines of the contract. He owes me the money, agreed to return it and has not after me giving him a long amount of leeway time.

I was being nice until he lead me on an additional 3 months of not having *any* money to partially refund me any of those months.

Now, I want the full amount, and I'm still being nice.

4 to 5 weeks, and the 10+ months over the time he's had to complete the work, I would say is quite enough time now.

It will be you who ends up destroying your credit rating for neglecting / ignoring me, except when your benefitting through me with your new clients.

I hired Jojojo to do grunt work for me. He offered good prices for what he claimed and showed as results he got, etc., except the amount of work he did is more like 1:400 the value for what all he actually did.. and it was all in a contract, and he broke it because it took him 12 months + more; what he preached / said he could do, he couldn't do, at least what he said he could do and agreed to what he would do, all in a contract. And within the contract to (protect myself incase of a situation like this) because he didn't accomplish what was agreed that he stated / promised / guaranteed that he would get that I am entitled to my money back. Anyhow, this isn't a small amount of money, and now I'm having to take him to send a collection's agency after him. So, you're wrong anyway.

I may be offering SEO services in the future as well, at a realistic price, and for a realistic deal for me to be offering SEO services for others to make money. If anyone is interested in any 2, 3+ word keyword phrases then just email me a list or just that you're interested [though whoever contacts me first about keywords, first ask about first in line], send the email to [email protected] with the subject heading of "SEO Services Reminder" or something like that.
