    What this comes down to for us is how he handles himself while being employeed by us. We are trying to help him grow, which there is nothing wrong with in my book.
    I respect your sincerity and if this is truly part of your motivation for hiring him,then I respect that. I believe he needs help, it would just be a bit easier to accept if his attitude was at least a bit contrite for his past actions. You want us to overlook them and move on, but he continues to belittle the gfy community and sound unapologetic for some of his past posts. I get the feeling your making a nice attempt at damage control all the while he's undermining it. If he truly realizes that some of his past actions were wrong as you say, then can you at least teach how to come forward and admit that.

                    That is our motivation, he will hopefully learn from this all and move on. I cannot control other peoples feelings, I am not Dr Phil. What I do know is that we have and always will run a professional program, we have since 1996 and we will at 2016. We have sites and more coming. I am here to do biz, which I hope many of the others are as well.

I'm listening to everything you say and have said, just like everyone else has. You act a certain way for two years on this board, then turn around and say it was all just an act and board persona and you expect us to just believe it on a whim?

                                                                    At least try and stand back and look at this objectively from our point of view. You may indeed be a great guy, non racist, productive member of society and an all around nice person. However, you've done nothing to help any of us believe that other than your words over the last two days. Even then, all you've done is continue to mock the gfy community as a whole.
