Indian coders ask you the same questions repeatedly that their own common sense should have answered for them before they make a move which slows down progress dramatically.

Also, don't fall for the $15 trap. Don't be afraid to spend $30 an hour on a reputable outsourcing firm. You will finish faster and with better results in most cases.
All of them will require you to call them on their bullshit as they will all try to pad their hours if they see they can get away with it.I've trusted my sites to them for over a decade...

I am working with a russian guy for over a year now.
I like working with him, but he's always 'busy', leaves for days, and i found out that the code he created is pretty sloppy, full with functions from other jobs but mine.

A good programmer on Craigs list can get work for $50 an hour. So why should anyone good work for less if it's on an irregular basis.
Anyone looking for good and not cheap hit me up. In the long run it saves you money.
