good luck. anytime that i had tried to contact them, they've always sent me some automated response based on keywords of my message, and their guess wasn't even right. i had a question about an account getting deleted and they wrote back to me with how to view and edit my events calendar.

what you do is send them a message by any of the means above, then kiss it goodbye and realize they suck at customer service... have tried many times before.... they don't care. They really don't. Whatever issue you have, it doesnt' matter to them. Realize that, and you will be one step closer to a resolution.

If you're too stupid to figure out how to contact their marketing department...which has links right off their home page.....Then whatever "Marketing idea" you have is most likely worthless.
