This guy has been a known cheater for quite a long time now. He was called out on another webmaster forum months ago for trying to iframe cheat referrer lists. He's also been caught in many other acts such as stealing content & throwing up malicous scripts.

I notice he trys to say he's sorry. Though if he truely was this would have stopped when he was caught almost a year ago. Hopefully this time he gets what is comeing to him. Filthy pig.
