I am seeing and getting mixed reviews. It seems NOFX has his haters and also has people who like him.
We've done biz with him for a long time, and we also know him on a personal level. This is also about helping him grow and open his eyes to the negativity to his actions. I can say that NOFX is personally hurt that people look at him this way. He is not a crazed lunatic what so ever, he is a very smart kid with a lot of promise. He just likes to push buttons to get a reaction. Was a lot of what he's done right, no, but is it worth casting him off and leaving him for dead... no.
If you knew him on a personal level you'd know he works as hard as anyone out there, and also knows he a very smart kid. We are trying to help him along and help him learn that his actions are not always going to have the reaction he wants, and that they can also have a negative affect on those around him.
At the end of the day, we hired him because he is smart and also to help him grow as a person. He does feel bad for the negative outlook this has brought onto AMC. And he would step down from his position with us if he felt it was going to hurt us big time in the long run.
