The lasting a long time is ok. Suffication is not exactly painfull and even if it is I have a very high pain tollerance.

The rest of course is just to traumatize as many as possible.

Come November 5th it will be 10 years since I had heart problems diagnosed and they were talking in terms of months for me. But with mainly diet and exercise, from 6 months until about 3 years ago, I actually lived almost normally. Unfortunately I have gone downhill a lot since then and my biggest fear now is that I will keep getting steadily worse for a long time yet or take a sudden dive that will leave me completely unable to cope for myself. I have my fingers crossed for quick and quiet at the end

I got caught between a floor elevator and a steel bar when I was 19 and working for a restaurant in greece. This thing could carry 4 tons of products, sending it from ground level to the basement fridge. I was slowly being crashed by the elevator, 2 vains popped out from the pressure (I also had to do a small eye operation after) and I was all black in my back. As I started SCREAMING from the pain, a store manager just happened to be inside the fridge, next to the only stop button...

I still get that adrenaline rush just thinking about it. Crazy...

On my last trip to greece I actualy went to that restaurant and took a picture of that same elevator:

I was caught on the right side, now the elevator is inside the ground you can't really see it just the top part.
