                                                                    AMC have just slipped of the list of companies I will even concider. Lets face it, I dont need them. I also wont promote Epic because of pimpdog.

                                                                    People are saying 'money rules, forget all the hate that nofx spouts' - I would agree in some situations, but with an almost limitless line up of companies begging for my traffic I can afford to do business with people I feel comfortable with. I dont need to sell out.

                                                                                                I am seeing and getting mixed reviews. It seems NOFX has his haters and also has people who like him.

                                                                                                We've done bix with him for a long time, and we also know him on a personal level. This is also about helping him grow and open his eyes to the negativity to his actions. I can say that NOFX is personally hurt that people look at him this way. He is not a crazed lunatic what so ever, he is a very smart kid with a lot of promise. He just likes to push buttons to get a reaction. Was a lot of what he's done right, no, but is it worth casting him off and leaving him for dead... no.

                                                                                                If you knew him on a personal level you'd know he works as hard as anyone out there, and also knows he a very smart kid. We are trying to help him along and help him learn that his actions are not always going to have the reaction he wants, and that they can also have a negative affect on those around him.

                                                                                                At the end of the day, we hired him because he is smart and also to help him grow as a person. He does feel bad for the negative outlook this has brought onto AMC. And he would step down from his position with us if he felt it was going to hurt us big time in the long run.

                                                                                                                                i never once said it would be a "smart career move". in this situation its obvious that its probably not a good idea for amc to hire him simply because of his reputation (weather or not he deserves it). all i was saying is that the dude just has a sense of humor and some people shouldn't take this guy so seriously. whatever business moves he or his company makes is on them.

                                                                                                                                the only thing i see wrong is hes just a bit naive as to how the business world works. he obviously doesn't know that anything you say can and will be used agains't you in the court of biz. that comes with time and im sure he will learn this by trial and error. but like i said before people need not be so sensitive to the things he says as hes just bullshitting.

If he was truly concerned about his past posting affecting his current position with AMC he would have at least come across in a contrite professional manner in this thread, which he hasn't.
