A friend of mine has a site on their list, same story: Someone hacked one of his sites and obviously reported it right after doing so, he never managed to get off the list again although the sites were totally clean before the hack and are totally clean after the malicious code was removed after 3 hours. All requests to be removed from the list were simply ignored.

My impression is that this is a new way some fuckers try to get rid of competition, it did only take a few hours from the hack to the "ban" and after some reasearch it's pretty obvious that quite a few sites ranking high for loads of search terms in google are affected.

Instead of getting rid of the parasite .edu/.gov trojan spammers, honest webmasters are fucked and the spammers laugh off their asses.
