Has your source information on the internal workings of the Dept of Homeland security to be in a position to state they have a "red flag" against ePass?
Rest assured - even Homeland Security have no clue about red flags - and if they did - they would not have a clue about where to start
Seriously... epass have elected to follow a path which involves gaming - the reason is obvious and the economics exceed that of the adult biz. Where that may take them - hell knows. There are too many variables which can flow one way or the other - but doubt epass will be in the same "format" in the next 24 months.
