    MPG, FLV or WMV for hosted gals? And why?

    I am really confused on which format to follow for future projects, so I will be glad if you give me an idea which of these formats do you prefer for Hosted Galleries;

    1- FLV Hosted Gallery Sample

    2- MPG Hosted Gallery Sample

    3- WMV Hosted Gallery Sample

      MPG is still the universal format.

      WMV and FLV are not the best to view on all platforms.

          dunno, but i've read that 90%+ of surfer browsers have flash installed how would affect the platforms? i prefer flv than wmv.. im on mac and wmv is pain in the ass. imho

              FLV is harder to download to your desktop. WMV is horrible agreed

                          I think FLV is going to be a standard. Works great with both PC and MAC.

                              FLV will be the standard for at least streaming video soonish. It's already the highest penetration video player around... It was almost the smartest thing Macromedia/Adobe ever did. I mean.. who can't see YouTube videos?

                                      I think so too, but still I guess there might be TGPs that do not support it. Any TGP owners here?
