I found a bunch of my stuff in there a few weeks ago ... I don't mind a set or two ..but one guy had the entire members area of one of my sites broken up into zip files and listed ... but i emailed them and they pulled them all ..

Seriously if our internet industry focused a little harder on Copyright violators we would all have a few more bucks in our pocktes.

I already have had 3 cases of some son of a bitch stealing my content and I have just started. I love attorneys though, they can make life a living hell and almost make it a profit model.

Things are settled with FreeHugeMovies (all threads containg their models were deleted immediately). We delete in general all threads right after a request of the content-owner + the sites are being black-listed, and the 6 moderators deleting new threads of the black listed sites as soon as they see them. Btw. the forum is not hosted with realitychecknetwork and all images are hosted on these image-hosts, not only single pic is hosted on phun.org

Sheesh.. What a load of bullshit.

Yet another asshole who thinks copyright holders want to make "requests" to pull down their copyrighted material. They don't need to make requests - just sue for damages.

And yea, they are not hosted on phun.org - they are all hosted on imagevenue.com (and in violation for their TOS) - what a coincidence.

All the forums that ripoff use imagevenue.com to host pics and rapidshare to zip up complete sets for download. They even have stickys in the forums that tell their members to do this. But copyright violation is about intent to profit off another person's work, not where things are hosted or not hosted isn't it?

Nope... usage without the consent of the copyright holder is a violation of copyright.

There is a profit element of course in this instance, - there always is in ripoff content, - in that the purpose of the site is to benefit from the use of "illegal" images with a view to passing on traffic to sponsors - in this instance, adultfriendfinder. Otherwise there would be no viable/sustainable reason for phun.org to exist.

Don't put sites in a 1*1 iframe. With the help of some javascript they can quite easily break out of it and in effect take over all your traffic.
