Well no, I just lived there for awhile and learned how to tip. Canadians tip around 10% or lower, it's really sad. I've been out with friends since I got back and I have to compensate for their sad tippage.

Surely a tip is up to the customer, and not something which is expected. Especially a certain amount.

Medium Blue is where its going to be next where whites are no longer the majority.

Interesting map. It measures the White population against the population of all other races; like a sort of "us against them" or Whites against the world scenario.
It's scary to know why such a concept would exist.
