Arylia Gallery Builder - 1 Minute Galleries!

We are pleased to announce the official release of the Arylia Gallery Builder. This robust tool has all your gallery building needs in one easy to use interface. With the Arylia Gallery Builder you can:
Create galleries by ripping FHGs from sponsors, extracting images from zip files, or from a series of images you upload to your server.

Automatically create thumbnails specified to any shape, size, and quality you want. You can also specify the number of thumbs per row, spacing between thumbs, and more.

Thumbnail Selector Tool - allows you to create better thumbnails by "cropping" any portion of the image you want - just by dragging the box around the hottest part of the pic.

Store a list of all sponsors and sites you commonly use along with their repective banners. No more fishing for the same banner time after time.

Addition Features/Benefits
Compatible with PHP4 _and_ PHP5.

Accepts fusker-style URLs (e.g. http://www.site.com/image[01-15].jpg).

Can perform HTTP authentication.

Capable of ripping galleries with images hosted on individual HTML pages.

Capable of extracting images from zip files.

Allows pruning of your galleries either automatically (using any of 4 methods) or manually.

A hefty handful of thumbnail options -- specify the height and width of your thumbnails, whether to crop or resize, and even a javascript-based thumbnail selector for each individual image.

Dynamic banner management. The script is built to understand the idea that sponsors have sites, and sites are what are promoted by your galleries. Banners that are uploaded are associated with sites, so when you create a gallery for a particular site you don't have to dig through a pile of irrelevant banners.

Static generation. This system will take your template and generate a static file that will load as quickly as if you wrote the gallery from scratch, by hand. You can also put whatever PHP code you want in your template and it will be copied to every gallery you create.

Create thumbnail or full-size image galleries - it's up to you!

Supports banners and ads between images/rows of thumbs. Use your sponsor's banners, or any generic advertisement like poker sites, adengage, or adult relationship programs.

The sole intent of this software is to promote your sponsors. We do not encourage use of this tool for any reason other than to promote the exact sponsor of the FHG you rip.

Quote taken from the Arylia EULA:

You agree to use the software in all manners fitting the terms and rules of your individual sponsors. Specifically meaning that you will only rip (acquire) images from a sponsor's FHG (free hosted gallery) with intent to promote that sponsor with the acquired images. MoltenSoft vehemently discourages cross-promotion of sponsors with unmatched content.

Ripping in this instance simply means to "separate" - the images from the sponsor's layout.

It's incredibly easy to integrate your sites layout. All you do is place "identifiers" - short placeholder statements like __TITLE__, __THUMBNAILS__, AND __LONGBANNER__ - into the section of your layout where the corresponding content is to appear. Here is a sample code layout I use on Pinkems.com (notice the middle section with the identifiers):

maybe good for blog people, but not good for gallery submitters. and most people here submit gals. no one would take a blog gallery with links down the side like it has. it has to be clean.

What is included on the gallery is completely up to the user. I have a few different templates I use based on the sites I will be submitting to - some with the side menus for babe blog submits, and others that are clean for submitting to TGPs and the like. The script allows you to store and use as many different gallery templates as you like.

it just doesnt seem useful for gallery submitters, when they design their own.

with their own templates, and so on. and most tgp/mgps wont list hosted hosted gals even if its ripped. people frown upon that.

Forgive me, but didn't we list more features than "rip FHGs from sponsors"? That is a feature that we acknowledge will probably not be desirable to people who submit to TGPs. You say that's a lot of you? Great! Then you can take advantage of all of the other features. You can create galleries from any of 5 legitimate sources. Ripping FHGs is just one of those, and you can create a template with whatever content you want in your gallery.

If you take a few moments and look at our demo, you'll see that there are two different templates and as Doctor Sticky pointed out above, it's very easy to create your own, and even easier to modify your existing template to work with the software.

If you aren't interested in this script, that's fine! We aren't trying to market to people who don't want it or can't use it. We've used it enough and sold enough copies that we believe it's worth what we're asking for it.

I use the DownThemAll extension in firefox to save images from FHGs that I want to submit. It downloads the thumbs and target images. Thus... "ripping" the gallery really isn't a big deal... I am not sure why you would want $250 for this script.

The script does a LOT more than just grab the images. It will take those images it acquires and automatically build a gallery -with your template- to the specifications you want (rows, columns, thumbnail size, banners, banner location, etc..)

I think it would help if you guys checked out the demo a little more to find out everything the script can do; play around with the options, adjust the image size, thumbnail options, zoom-crop setting, banner ads, different types of banners, play around with the thumbnail cropper. It's extremely dynamic and well worth the money we are charging for it.

This script saves countless hours everyday I used to spend on building galleries that I can now spend on promoting and optimizing my sites.

Arles isn't bad for making a page of thumbnails that link to your images. But you guys are missing the bigger picture here for the sake of being critical of us. I'm not sure why that is, but Arylia is without question a unique and powerful product for anyone who promotes sponsors by making galleries with their content.

Aside from what Doctor Sticky pointed out, here's a list of things Arylia can do (in zero to two clicks) that Arles can't:

* Use your existing PHP gallery template and automatically update previous galleries when you update the template
* Create a gallery of full-size images that link directly to the sponsor's site
* Acquire images! Yes FHGs are one option, but there are many others that Arles doesn't even consider.
* Automatically prune images using any of four methods
* Automatically fill banners specific to the sponsor, including between rows of images

Plus Arylia is a web application, not a windows application, so you can use it on ten PCs, your Mac, and your Linux box, all with a single installation.

After talking with a few webmasters about leasing the script, we have decided to offer a "rent-to-own" program where you pay $25/month for 12 months (which will total the $300 cost of the script). After that you own the script. You can stop using the script (and paying for it) at any time during the 12 months if you decide it's not for you.

We feel this will give people on the fence about it - and newer webmasters without a lot of extra dough to spend - an opportunity to try the script out cheap.

If you pay for the entire script up front you get the current sale price of $250. You can decide to buy the entire script for the $250 price at anytime during the first 6 months of the rent-to-own program. You just have to pay the remaining balance.

Now available: version 1.08

New since we last spoke:

* Added the ability to place the images on their own static page with sponsor ads. This page is templateable separately from the gallery itself.

* Removed the unique index from the linkcodes table, thereby allowing users to use the same linkcode multiple times.

* Fixed a problem with gallery builder that caused some images in full-size galleries to be stretched vertically.

* Fixed a problem that would cause galleries to need to be rebuilt after moving to a different server or directory structure.

* Added the ability to delete linkcodes that are in use, provided that the associated site has other linkcodes. When this occurs, banners using the deleted code will be automatically changed to use another one. This is decided by the database (assume it will select randomly) since it is intended primarily to facilitate a change in ownership. Galleries should be rebuilt following the deletion of a linkcode.

As before you can see this script in action at http://www.arylia.com/demo. And, as DoctorSticky mentioned you may "rent to own" the script for just $25 per month for a year ($300 total).
