What % is that of your overall income?
I know people who've spent over 50% of their income on new content. Actually I personally spent more on content last year than I made profit.

Oh yeah, bashing aside. Please Lars, tell your coders that even though Finland is a 'bilingual' country, do NOT show swedish banners/ads to finnish visitors. I bought a house for 250k euro (this is near $337k). I filmed there once for 200 euro... so the total price for a small photo and video set was 250.200 euro.
Did you pay $337k during the last two months for a video set of 20 minutes and photo set of 150 images? I guess no.
Did you sponsor such a nice and crazy action? Yes, you did because some of the money that was spent came from my AFF profits. It was very small part of the total amount of money.. but now you can brag that you sponsored a $337k filming session that took 3 hours... that makes a grand total of more than $100k per hour. You sponsored about 2 minutes and 10 seconds... assuming that $5k came from AFF in all that action.
Before you tell me that I can sell the house and recover the money... it is about to be demolished in the next month or two.
I still consider the money was well spent... and I have another crazy thing done in my list
