                no. Bush and his admin are the biggest fuckups in this story. The UN tried to use a normal approach but the US mobsters had to fuck it up.... again. Its a shame the elephants (US) in the porcelain closet (the world) have the most power.
                Religion is the big oven glove holding this closet to keep the relations within heated.

                    I always wondered about these claims (kinda like Al Gore stuff) that the "US invented the net" :-) Along with Berners-Lee, much of this was done in Bern, Switzerland.
