                                                      NTFS only if you are going to be working with big files (over 4 Gb) in Windows XP.

                                                          I've found fat32 to be not as stable as NTFS it may provide more free space at times but its not as secure / stable & is more likely to crash

                                                                          Entirely depends on what's important for you:

                                                                          stability, native NT(+) security, large file sizes -> NTFS

                                                                          privacy -> FAT32
