I don't see the "freedom of speech" issue. This is not headline news in the US because:
1. What, one person died? Not much of a story for something happening on the other side of the globe.
2. Most Americans have never even heard of Estonia
3. A judge decided today that Larry Birkhead Can Leave the Bahamas With His and Anna Nicole Smith's Daughter
