    Fuckin Virgin Mobile.

    Long story short - I wanted to order a new phone from them. When I went to checkout, the site didn't like my epass card. Okay, fine, will order from Amazon.

    When I went and checked my epass account just after ordering from Amazon, virgin mobile had DOUBLE CHARGED my fucking account!

    Epass can't do shit about it. virgin mobile says, "Oops. Wait until it's delivered and refuse it. Once we get it back at the factory, we'll recredit your account."

    FUCK VIRGIN MOBILE. I've just cancelled the Amazon order too. fuck 'em.
    SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60. Let me repeat... A 120 x 60 button and no more that 3 lines of DEFAULT SIZE AND COLOR text.

          omg .. why did you cancel the amazon order too?

          fucking virgin mobile.. they should refund you immediately, im not surprised epass cant help you though their customer service is awful

              Virgin should be able to stop the duplicate order and should give you an immediate refund and you should bitch enough until they do and give you a free months service.

                  The more I raised hell, the less they were ready to help me, even after I demanded to speak to a supervisor.

                  Guess that means I'm going to be refusing a couple of packages, pissing off the FedEx dude, and raising hell on a few choice blogs.
