They have absolutely no right to resell this content wich is the exclusive property of Kemaco

This content has been oversold, overexposed , by fantasy content ,
i have contacted them , they said they just "forgot" to pay kemaco for the right to use this content
and since , no news , nobody at fantasycontent is even replying to me anymore.
well , this is not really your problem here at GFY ,
but the thing is , that kemaco will take legal action to whoever is using this content , without a valid license, signed and delivered by Kemaco.
Using content , without the autorisation of the owner of the content is copyright violation
